- How many points should we award per pound spent?
We tend to start schemes off at 10 points per pound but it depends. This ratio is usually a trade off between making points seem valuable and awarding enough to allow customers to feel they are accumulating points.
- Can I use points as a payment method?
Yes you can give a point a fixed pence value so that it can be used to pay for part or all of a sale.
- Can I use points to redeem fixed offers?
You can set up banded offers such as £5 off for 1000 points. This encourages the customer to accumulate points.
Care should be taken to ensure that offers are desirable and easy to understand.
